The Business Alliance for America’s Veterans (BAAV) was established in January of 2008 (under the Veterans Coalition 501 (c) 3) as an out reach to Businesses and Business owners across the United States to participate in supporting the needs of past, present and future American Veterans.

As dues-paying members of the Business Alliance for America’s Veterans, BAAV members demonstrate their support for veterans and veterans’ issues, and express interest in the initiatives of the Veterans Coalition. Veteran Coalition initiatives include but are not limited to; promoting tangible employment opportunities for American Veterans, conducting research in areas of specific interest to veterans and businesses employing veterans, actively advancing the benefits and opportunities of veterans and businesses employing veterans, and other related beneficial activities as may be recommended by the membership.

BAAV members are entitled to demonstrate their membership and support of American Veterans by utilizing the BAAV logo provided by the Business Alliance for America’s Veterans at their Retail locations, on Company Web sites or on their Company’s manufactured packaging.

BAAV members may also choose to provide discounts or special purchase incentives to American Veterans; establish pro-employment opportunities to both able and disabled American Veterans or initiate any such program as seems fitting in aiding the needs of American Veterans.

The BAAV through their available resources will promote the BAAV logo and its membership to the American Veteran Community and to the general public. In doing so, the BAAV seeks to advocate recognition and support from consumers for BAAV members.
